Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Bala Vikasa has constituted a donation/payment refund plan to guarantee non-discriminatory and transparent procedure of requisition for refund of donations as online payment system is now into place. We believe that all supporters/ donors will implement due care while making donations or payment. We also understand that a donation may be made by a mistake or donors may also change their decision. We will inspect requests for refund of donation or payment and make every effort to make the refund. We may also try to find the exact reason from the customer. Besides, it will also need additional verification of the donor and need evidence documents as well as for donation.

Bala Vikasa is not indebted to give refunds and may, in its preference, decline any requests for refund of donations or payments, predominantly if a tax exception certificate has been declared.

Your refund request must comprise the information such as date, amount, mode of Donation i.e. Credit Card or Online payment. It should reach Bala Vikasa Warangal Office within 10 days from the date on which you made the payment or donation i.e. :

  • The date on which you Made the donation online, electronically or through other methods, OR
  • The date on which you submitted the cheque/demand draft to Bala Vikasa or someone authorised by Bala Vikasa for this purpose, OR
  • The date on which you dispatched the cheque / demand draft to Bala Vikasa by other means.
  • The refund procedure may take time 10 to 15 working days depending on the readiness of the data from third parties such as Payment Gateway, Banks etc through which transactions are done.
